The hotel had a strong cigarette smell in the rooms at the bottom of the pool area, which was a downside, but they looked just like in the photos. Despite being a bit dirty, the experience was okay overall.

Although the rooms had a slight smoking smell even though we requested non-smoking, they were comfortable and clean. The hotel surpasses many 5-star establishments, but the furniture needs an upgrade. The service was exceptional, with staff being polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist, making it the hotel's standout feature. The location is excellent for events at Lands of Legends and offers convenience with nearby stores. The dining experience could improve with more diverse options. Overall, a solid choice for a stay.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The room was comfortable and clean, meeting my basic expectations. The service was the standout highlight of my visit - the staff was incredibly polite, accommodating, and always eager to assist, which made my stay pleasant despite some issues outside their control. The hotel's location was ideal for my event at Lands of Legends, being very close to the venue and offering flexibility with a nearby Carrefour store. On the downside, the dining options were lacking, with low-quality meals that left much to be desired. The facilities were decent with some room for improvement.
